Aji Verde is our new go-to sauce for just about everything! It's a Peruvian green sauce that's typically served over roasted chicken, but can be used for so, so, so much more. Plus, it's keto-friendly & incredibly easy!
1/2 C cilantro
juice of 1 lime
1 Tbsp oil
1/3 C mayo
1 tsp white vinegar
1/2 tsp garlic
Slice jalapeño in half & remove seeds. (Or keep seeds in for more heat if you’d like!) In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients with salt & pepper to taste. Blend until smooth & enjoy!
This sauce goes perfectly chicken, shrimp, steak, or even salad, eggs, or rice—you name it! It’s incredibly versatile and delicious!
