Beer Cheese Dip

Look no further for a game day-worthy snack that's as easy as it is cheesy! Melt a creamy blend of gouda, cheddar & cream cheese seasoned with Worcestershire sauce & a kick of dijon mustard. Whisk in a generous splash of your favorite beer until smooth & silky. Garnish with parsley & enjoy with your favorite veggie crudités... or try it with pretzels!

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Tbsp parsley
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 Tbsp flour
  • 1/2 cup beer
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp dijon
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 oz shredded cheddar
  • 4 oz shredded gouda
  • salt & pepper

  

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Chop parsley
  • In a pot, melt butter over med
  • Add flour and stir to incorporate
  • Whisk in beer, paprika, Worcestershire & dijon, then cook 1—2 min
  • Add cream cheese & milk, then stir until smooth and cream cheese is melted
  • Remove from heat and add cheddar & gouda, a little at a time, stirring to incorporate until smooth and melted
  • Season with salt & pepper
  • Garnish dip with parsley and enjoy with veggies & pretzels
