Ginger Salad Dressing

Nothing's quite as refreshing as a ginger salad! The dressing is easier to make than you'd think–here's our recipe for you to follow along with. This is the perfect side to our Sesame Beef Potsticker kit, which is on the menu right now!

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup chopped carrot⁠
  • 1/2 cup chopped white onion⁠
  • 2 Tbsp peeled & chopped ginger⁠
  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce or tamari⁠
  • 1/3 cup seasoned rice wine vinegar (the seasoned kind is important because it has a touch of sweetness, so if you only have the standard kind, add 1/2 Tbsp sugar)⁠
  • 1/4 tsp salt⁠
  • 1/2 cup oil⁠

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Blend all ingredients except the oil together until smooth, then add oil and blend again to fully incorporate
  • Serve over crisp lettuce topped with shaved carrot and sliced cucumber
