It's pumpkin spice season... so let's make pumpkin spice coffee martinis! They're perfect for weekend brunch, or if you need a little boost of energy in the evening. This recipe calls for just 4 ingredients and you can put it together in a snap: coffee, Blackberry Patch's pumpkin spice syrup, half & half, and vodka (or leave it out for non-alcoholic iced pumpkin spice coffee). Voilà!
Makes 2 servings
YOU'LL NEED:
- 2/3 cup iced coffee–you can brew Cloudland Coffee hot ahead of time and store in a jar in the fridge overnight to chill, or try Banjo's Cold Brew! Banjo's Cold Brew will have more caffeine than hot brewed coffee that's been chilled, so it's up to your caffeine preference
- 1/4 cup half & half
- 3–4 oz vodka
- 1.5 oz Blackberry Patch pumpkin spice syrup
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mix all ingredients in a shaker and add ice. If you don't have a shaker, use a large mason jar–it'll work just as well!
- Shake vigorously for about 45 seconds. The half & half will begin to get frothy.
- Pour into two coupe glasses and garnish with coffee beans and a cinnamon stick. Cheers!
