This recipe will be a new go-to. It's easy–just throw everything in a blender and you're all set. You can make it a day ahead and store in the fridge. It can go alongside a charcuterie board or as part of a brunch spread, or it easily stands alone as a super-satisying appetizer. You can't go wrong, especially when you're using Diana's Specialties smoked salmon!
YOU'LL NEED:
- 7 oz Diana’s Specialties smoked salmon
- 1/3 cup fresh dill
- 1/3 cup fresh chives
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 16 oz cream cheese
- 4 tablespoons capers
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Pulp hot sauce
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Roughly chop smoked salmon, dill & chives
- Combine sour cream, mayo, cream cheese, capers, lemon juice, and hot sauce in a food processor and pulse until blended
- Add salmon, dill and chives and blend until salmon is finely chopped and incorporated
- Serve as a dip with veggies or Georgia Sourdough crackers, or use a spread for toast and bagels
