Poblano Chicken Skillet

Pair with Gunderloch 'Jean Baptiste' Riesling | Rheinhessen, Germany ($21.99) - This flavorful, spicy dish begs for an off-dry, low ABV white like this Riesling from Gunderloch. Medium-dry with refreshing acidity, tart-peach, green and yellow apple with a mineral finish. 

 

 

Miso-Butter Steak

Pair with King Estate 'Next' Red Blend | Columbia Valley, WA ($15.99) - Dark berry flavors like blueberry pie and blackberry jam. With spicy notes of coffee and clove, this blend of Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon boasts a deep, round and coating mouthfeel followed by balanced, structured tannins. Sweet oak accents join earth and mint for a complex finish. Aged 10 months in French and American oak.  

 

 

Cilantro-Pesto Shrimp Over Orzo

Pair with Château Pierre-Bise 'Le Haut de la Garde' Anjou Blanc | Loire Valley, France ($22.99) - Chenin Blanc is the perfect pairing for sweet & spicy flavors. White pear and apple with the barest hint of Eau-de-Vie grace the nose.
