3 Cheese Courses

Nothing says "fancy" quite like 3 cheese courses before dinner! These are some of our favorite cheese pairings, which would also be perfect for a picnic at the park or served with a glass of wine in the evening. Enjoy!

CALYROAD GOAT CHEESE

Drizzle a generous scoop of CalyRoad plain goat cheese with Honey Next Door honey, then serve local satsumas and slices of a TGM baguette on the side. Bonus: toast your baguette slices in the broiler for about 6 minutes after tossing them in melted butter.

Goat cheese also pairs well with pecans, apricots, cherries, pears, grapes, and olives. It's quite a versatile soft cheese!

ROCK HOUSE CREAMERY GOUDA

Cut Rock House Creamery gouda into perfectly bite-sized squares, and serve with local apple slices and a dollop of Emily G's Triple Berry Jam. The most fun way to enjoy this combo is by using the apple slices as crackers, adding a bit of jam on top and then a square of gouda.

Apples aren't your fav? Don't worry, this semi-hard cheese goes well with just about any fruit!

ROCK HOUSE CREAMERY CHEDDAR

Rock House Creamery cheddar hardly needs to be served with anything at all to be considered a perfect snack! Even so, we highly recommend serving with Georgia Sourdough crackers and prosciutto on the side.
