5 Salad Dressings

If you don’t like salad, you aren’t doing it right. All you need is the right dressing! These 5 recipes are our favorites. Each recipe makes enough for about 2—3 servings of salad. Simply whisk together the ingredients listed below.

 

SRIRACHA VINAIGRETTE

3 tsp sriracha

3 Tbsp rice vinegar

½ tsp dried parsley

½ Tbsp honey

3 Tbsp olive oil 

¼ tsp salt

1/8 tsp pepper

 

 

CUMIN VINAIGRETTE

1 tsp cumin

¼ cup olive oil

3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

½ tsp dijon mustard

¼ tsp salt

1/8 tsp pepper

 

 

CREAMY BLUE CHEESE

 ½ cup blue cheese crumbles

1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt

3 Tbsp mayonnaise

¼ tsp dried mustard

juice of 1 lemon

 

 

 

POPPYSEED

2 tsp poppyseeds

1/3 cup mayo

3 Tbsp plain greek yogurt

1 Tbsp agave

¼ cup white wine vinegar

½ tsp dried mustard

¼ tsp salt

1/8 tsp pepper 

 

 

GREEN GODDESS

Rather than whisking these ingredients together, mix in a blender until smooth.

 juice of half a lemon

1 Tbsp parsley

1 Tbsp tarragon

3 Tbsp mayonnaise

1 Tbsp honey

¼ tsp minced garlic

1 Tbsp olive oil

¼ tsp salt
