Ancho-Lime Fish Tacos Recipe

Step 1: Preheat oven & marinate fish

• Preheat oven to 425°

• Place all fish ingredients in a resealable bag and let sit 15 minutes to marinate

• Line a baking sheet with foil

  

Step 2: Bake fish

• Remove fish from marinade & place on lined baking sheet

• Bake 8-14 min, until opaque & flaky (thickness & cook times may vary)

 

Step 3: Make slaw & warm tortillas

• Warm tortillas in oven for a few minutes, if desired

• In a large bowl, mix all slaw ingredients together until coated evenly

 

Plate & enjoy!
