Balsamic Pear Crostinis with Goat Cheese


It's pear season! Try this recipe with the foraged pears from Ranger Robby, along with other ingredients from our great local producers. Don't worry, we'll bring it all to you!

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice pears, removing seeds
  2. Heat vinegar, butter & honey in a large pan over med heat for 2–3 min, stirring constantly
  3. Add pears and cook 2 min
  4. Slice baguettes into crostinis

To serve:  Spread goat cheese on crostini then top with pear mixture. Garnish with fresh pepper.
