Elemental Spirits Wine Pairings for the Week of 7/20
Thursday, July 10, 2025
For our menu that goes lives on Friday, July 11th, we have partnered with Elemental Spirits Co. to bring you delicious and satisfying wine pairings that will perfect your G&G meal selections.
Elemental Spirits Co. is a local shop in the Poncey-Highland neighborhood of Atlanta (next to the legendary Manuel’s Tavern), dedicated to the art and craft of creating, making, and perfecting small batch spirits, wines, and craft beer. Their goal is to shine the spotlight on creators who evolve and push the boundaries of the production process that reflects terroir, tradition and a specific gilded knowledge.
Summer Veggies & Chicken Penne
Illahe Estate Pinot Gris | Willamette Valley, Oregon ($23) - Lively acidity, green apple apple, sea salt, bright lemon zest, hints of clove, along with papaya and starfruit.

Buttermilk Pork Chops
Lingua Franca AVNI Chardonnay | Willamette Valley, Oregon ($34) - Notes of mineral, citrus, white flowers, and spic

Crispy Japanese Chicken
Kumusha 'Wild Mutupo' Pét-Nat | Western Cape, South Africa ($26) - Wild Mutupo Pét-Nat is a lively sparkling wine crafted by Zimbabwean-born winemaker Tinashe Nyamudoka in South Africa's Western Cape. Creole Salmon
Seehof Pinot Noir Rosé | Rheinhessen, Germany ($22) - In this region, limestone reigns supreme, not slate. Verily, Pinot Noir is very at home and Florian’s rosé highlights the transparent, crystal-clear freshness of great Pinot rosé, at an absurd price because it’s, well, German, and NOT from Provence.

Singapore Noodles
Catch & Release Block Party | Mendocino, California ($26) - Deeply tropical and inherently aromatic. Tension is brought about by ripeness and lift on the palate without losing the fundamental operative of being delicious. The Swiss army knife of skin contact wine.

Mediterranean Beef Sliders
Cellar del Roure 'Safrà' | Valencia, Spain ($27) - Medium-bodied, with lively acidity and gentle tannins. Notes of cherries, strawberries and herbs.

Chipotle Veggie Tacos
Ameztoi Rubentis Txakolina | Basque Country, Spain ($26) - Made from a mixture of Hondarrabi Zuri and Beltza, its rubi color is like the ancestral Txakoli that was made on the coast of the Cantabric sea. A fresh and casual rosé, fine and elegant with a strawberry and cherry flavor with a hint of mint.
