How To: Fish en Papillote

Fish En Papillote is easier to make than it sounds! We've got a quick how-to that will have you cooking Fish En Papillote in a snap, just in time for the New Year!
Place the parchment paper on the counter, fold in half & open back up to make a crease down the middle. Place equal amounts of fish on one half of each piece of parchment.
Sprinkle fish with spices & arrange olives, capers & onion around & on top of fish. Drizzle each with 1 tsp olive oil.
Fold parchment paper over fish & veggies & starting on one corner, make very tight, closely overlapping little folds to seal edges, working your way around to the other side. Twist & fold bottom end over, leaving enough room around fish for the air to circulate. Your finished pouch will look like a fried hand pie.
