Roll out the red carpet, because the prince of pop up is in the G&G house. Chef Jarrett Stieber is the newest chef on the G&G team and we couldn't be more excited to introduce you to his cuisine. He earned his royal nickname as a wandering chef by establishing one of Atlanta's favorite pop ups, Eat Me Speak Me.

Eat Me Speak Me launched at Candler Park Market last Fall. He spent the beginning of his Summer at The General Muir. You can now find him at Gato Bizco on Sunday and Monday nights serving up locally sourced goodness. Just like our menu, his menu changes each week depending on what our farmer friends have growing. Sunday night has a speakeasy vibe. As you wait for your table you'll get the address of a house within walking distance where top Atlanta bartenders set up and pour drinks all night. 

His first dish for G&G, Chicken Sausage with Fennel, Shiitake Mushrooms, Pears and a Buttermilk Vinaigrette, is a perfect welcome to pear season! They are just starting to fall from the trees, and it's been well worth the wait! 

Jarrett was an Eater Young Guns Finalist, being recognized as being one of the most promising up-and-coming talent in the restaurant industry in North America. And Eat Me Speak Me joined Garnish & Gather on Scoutmob's list of Atlanta's Tastiest Instagram Accounts. With photos like these, you can see why!
