This 100% Cabernet Franc is sourced from organically farmed grapes and given meticulous care with the winemaking. Arnaud Lambert creates a complex, food friendly wine full of expressive dark fruit notes and subtle earthy tannins.

With enough stuffing to complement the streak, the wine’s subtle tannins work with the sweet crab flavors as well!

Sourced from older vines, this Pecorino from the Abruzzo region is organically farmed and hand-harvested. The winemaking is low intervention allowing for true varietal expression and highlighting Abruzzo terroir.
