Quick & Easy Pizza Recipes

 

Our friends at Victtoria Pie (who also happen to be the brains behind Atlanta's favorite Bocado) have made making your own fresh, delicious pizza as easy as can be! You can order 2-packs of their ready-to-top-and-bake pizza crusts in our local market, and we promise you won't be disappointed. Here are a couple of our favorite recipes with their red sauce crust. Enjoy!

 

Roasted garlic, chicken & spinach

  • 8 cloves of roasted garlic
  • 8 oz cooked chicken breast
  • 4 cups chopped spinach
  • 6 slices of fresh mozzarella cheese

 

White mushroom with prosciutto & rosemary

 

Margherita

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 6 fresh basil leaves
  • 6 slices fresh mozzarella
  • 3 T grated parmigiano-reggiano cheese
  • Crushed dried red pepper

 

Classic pepperoni

  • 2 oz pepperoni
  • 2 cup grated mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup parmesan 
  • 1/4 cup pickled banana peppers

 

Directions: 

  1. Place baking sheet in the oven and preheat oven to 400 degrees to allow the baking sheet to get hot
  2. Place pizza crust on preheated baking sheet, then top pizza with ingredients spread out evenly
  3. Bake 4-6 minutes, until cheese is just melted
  4. Let cool & enjoy!
