The Regent's Moon & Back Cocktail Recipe

The Regent Cocktail Club, American Cut’s rooftop bar, has shared the recipe for their classic draft cocktail, Moon and Back! This simply elegant cocktail pairs perfectly with American Cut’s Chipotle Salmon, which is available to order on our menu right now.

 

 

You'll need:

1.5 oz Belle Isle Blood Orange Moonshine

0.75 oz lemon juice

0.75 oz pamplemousse liqueur

Cannonborough Grapefruit Elderflower Soda

 

 

Instruction:

Stir all ingredients together and serve over ice. 

Garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel.
