The 2019 Thanksgiving Menu

Thanksgiving is right around the corner, and we're here to make it a breeze! We've curated a Thanksgiving menu of our favorite crowd-pleasing dishes, and the best part is—you can order each kit à la carte! All kits and turkeys are available for pre-order and will be delivered on Sunday 11/24 or Monday 11/25. GREEN CIRCLE FREE-RANGE TURKEYS
D'Artagnan's Green Circle turkeys are free-range, certified humane, hormone-free birds raised on small family Amish & Mennonite farms that support sustainable agriculture. Their natural, vegetarian diet yields exceptionally tender & tasty meat!
Small (8—12 lbs): $60
Medium (12—16 lbs): $75
Large (16—20 lbs): $90
Cook your turkey with Pine Street Market's Turkey Trimmings Kit with Dry Brine, Roasting Veggies & Sage Gravy. Mix together a dry brine including fragrant sage & orange zest then let the flavors mingle with the turkey. Stuff your tukey with orange slices & parsley, arrange root veggies around it & roast. Use up the flavor-packed drippings to whisk together a gravy with sage & sherry wine.
The Turkey Trimmings kit is $18. Brine is appropriate for a small-medium size turkey. Gravy serves 6-8.
PROSCIUTTO & CHEESE PALMIERS
Amaze your guests with these delightful savory palmiers that'll have you looking like a pro baker, no sweat! Brush puff pastry with honey mustard, sprinkle generously with gruyere cheese & fresh oregano then layer thin slices of smoked proscuiotto (called speck) from Pine Street Market over top. Simply roll it up, slice, brush with butter & bake for an irresistable appetizer or breakfast.

SAUSAGE & GRUYERE STUFFED PUMPKIN
This festive stuffed pumpkin is as impressive on the Thanksgiving table as it is delicious to eat! Brown Riverview Farms Italian sausage then combine with wilted kale. Toss TGM's crusty French bread with thyme and plenty of gruyere & cheddar cheese. Scoop it all into your hollowed-out pumpkin, drizzle over with nutmeg-spiced cream, then replace the pumpkin top and bake to perfection.

ROSEMARY BAKED CAMEMBERT WITH ROASTED PEARS
Look no further for the perfect festive appetizer to showcase on your Thanksgiving table. Bake CalyRoad Creamery's mild Waypoint cheese studded with rosemary sprigs & garlic to melty goodness. Crown the cheese with local pear cooked with rosemary, walnuts & a kiss of honey. Enjoy it spread on slices of TGM Bread's rustic loaf.

SPICED ORANGE-CRANBERRY CHUTNEY
Brighten up your Thanksgiving turkey & trimmings with this citrusy twist on classic cranberry sauce! CHOCOLATE BROWNIE PIE WITH CHANTILLY CREAM

We make it easy for you whip up a fudgy brownie filling with dark chocolate, vanilla & a pinch of espresso to fill your homemade all-butter crust.
