Beer Cheese Dip

Melt a creamy blend of gouda, cheddar & cream cheese seasoned with Worcestershire sauce & a kick of dijon mustard. Whisk in a generous splash of your favorite beer until smooth & silky. Garnish with parsley & enjoy with your favorite veggie crudités... or try it with pretzels!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Tbsp parsley
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 1/2 cup beer
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp dijon
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 oz shredded cheddar
- 4 oz shredded gouda
- salt & pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Chop parsley
- In a pot, melt butter over med
- Add flour and stir to incorporate
- Whisk in beer, paprika, Worcestershire & dijon, then cook 1—2 min
- Add cream cheese & milk, then stir until smooth and cream cheese is melted
- Remove from heat and add cheddar & gouda, a little at a time, stirring to incorporate until smooth and melted
- Season with salt & pepper
- Garnish dip with parsley and enjoy with veggies & pretzels
