Cinnamon Cardamom Pumpkin Bread

Cinnamon Cardamom Pumpkin Bread

 

Ingredients:

2 cup pumpkin flour

15 oz pumpkin puree

1/2 c cinnamon cardamom Banner Butter

farm fresh eggs

1 c sugar

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

3/4 tbsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp each: cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, clove

 

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350

2. Whisk together pumpkin, butter, eggs, sugar, salt & spices

3. Fold in flour until just combined

4. Pour into greased loaf pan (or cupcake tin)

5. Bake 1 hour 15 min, until cooked through
