Shopping List:

Caly Road Herbed Goat Cheese

Breakfast: Steak & Eggs

Easy enough for a weekday, delicious enough for weekend brunch - steak & eggs is easy when you have slow cooked Pine Street Market brisket. Simply toss the brisket in a roasting dish and heat in the oven while you poach a farm fresh egg. Drizzle olive oil on a pita with a little sea salt and pop it in the oven to crisp. When heated, simply top the brisket with your perfectly poached egg. Cut the pita into triangles and use it to sop up the golden yolk.

Snack: Pita, Pepper & Goat Cheese

With goat cheese this delicious, you’re going to want to eat it with a spoon! Skip the spoon and use pita & fresh sweet peppers instead.

Lunch: Herbed Egg Salad Pita

The trick to egg salad is in the name - the eggs! Starting with farm fresh eggs from our Georgia farmers ensures your egg salad will be perfect! Simply hard boil the eggs and smash them with your favorite spices and some chopped organic sweet peppers. We love a little smoked paprika, sea salt & pepper. Lightly toast your pita bread and spread a bit of call road herbed goat cheese inside. Stuff the pita with your egg salad and dive in!

Snack: Goat Cheese Deviled Eggs

Deviled eggs are a Southern staple and a great make-ahead snack. Take a little detour from tradition and try them with Caly Road’s herbed goat cheese. Simply boil the eggs, peel them and cut them in half. Remove the egg yolks and combine them with a scoop of herbed goat cheese, a splash of milk, a squeeze of dijon mustard, salt & pepper. Fill the whites with the mixture and you’re done!

Dinner: Stuffed Peppers

Sweet peppers are their sweetest at the height summer. They make the perfect vessel for a flavorful stuffing and clean up couldn’t be easier. Simply cut the tops from the peppers and scoop out the seeds. Stuff with a mixture of brisket, herbed goat cheese and your favorite grain, like rice or cous cous. Replace the top and pop in the oven for 30-40 min, until tender.
