Local Market Recipe: Harvard Hottie Slaw with Toasted Sesame

Natalie is a Harvard educated corporate exec turned asian-fusion maven & eco-foodie. She works with her mom, Margaret, to bring Atlanta yummy local food with an asian twist. She's best known for her Harvard Hottie Slaw. It's easy & oh so delicious! With napa cabbage in season, now is the perfect time to try it!

Harvard Hottie Asian Slaw with Toasted Sesame

Ingredients:

2 c shredded Chinese or Korean Napa cabbage
1/4 cup shredded carrot
1/4 cup MY SWEET HOTTIE peachy ginger dressing
1 T olive or vegetable oil
1 T each chopped fresh green onion, mint, basil

Optional add-in’s: dash of white pepper, roasted sesame oil, toasted sesame seeds, garnish with crushed uncooked ramen noodles, roasted peanuts or cashews, 1/2 t Sriracha chili sauce for spicy kick
