Your G&G shopping list:

Verdant Kitchen Wildflower Ginger-Infused Honey

3 Porch Farm Lavender Syrup

3 Porch Farm Lavender Sugar

Lavender Vanilla Vodka Cocktail

What you’ll need:

1 ½  oz vanilla vodka

½  oz fresh lemon juice

¼ oz 3 Porch Farm Lavender Syrup

1 fresh 3 Porch Farm lavender sprig

ice

1. Place vodka, ice cubes, lemon juice, and 3 Porch Farm Lavender Syrup (add more to taste if needed) inside of a shaker glass.

2. Shake for 30 seconds.

3.  Pour through the strainer of the shaker into the cocktail glass and garnish with lavender sprig.

Lavender Brandy Cocktail

What you’ll need:

1 ½ oz brandy

¾ oz 3 Porch Farm Lavender Syrup

½ oz Cointreau

½  oz fresh lemon juice

A dash of orange bitters

3 Porch Farm Lavender Sugar for the rim of the glass

1. Place Lavender sugar in an even layer on a small plate. Using a clean finger, put a dab of 3 Porch Farm Lavender Syrup on the tip and smoothly trace the edge of your cocktail glass. Turn the glass upside down in the sugar to coat the syrup and gently turn right side up. Set aside while you make the cocktail.

2. In a shaker, add brandy, syrup, cointreau, lemon juice and bitters. Fill the shaker to the top with ice and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds. Pour through the strainer of the shaker into your cocktail glass and serve. Makes one cocktail.

1. Pour vodka, water, lemon juice and infused honey (add more to taste if needed) inside of a shaker glass.

2. Add ice cubes and shake for 30 seconds.

3.  Pour through the strainer of the shaker into your cocktail glasses and serve. Makes four to six cocktails.
