Miso Steak Recipe

Really wishing you had a quick & easy, yet incredibly delicious steak recipe right about now? We've got just the thing for you! Our miso steak recipe is one you might want to keep around for a while...
You need:
- two 6 oz steaks
- 2 T miso
- 1 t dijon
- 1 t ginger
- 1 t garlic
- 2 T oil
- salt & pepper
- sesame seeds
Step 1
Combine miso, dijon, ginger, garlic, 1 T oil, salt & pepper to make glaze. Brush glaze on steak & let marinate 5–10 minutes.
Step 2
In a pan, heat 1 T oil over medium heat. Add steak to pan & cook 3–5 minutes per side, or to desired doneness. Remove steak from pan & set aside to rest 5–10 minutes, keeping warm.
Step 3
Plate steak and garnish with sesame seeds. Rice with sautéed onions, tomatoes & squash make for the perfect side dish! (Tip: Double the glaze recipe from Step 1 & mix half of it in with the rice & vegetables) Enjoy!
