Balsamic Fig & Goat Cheese Bruschetta
What You’ll Need:
-
One Screw Loose Balsamic Fig Jam
-
H&F French Baguette (sliced)
-
Caly Road Plain Chevre Cheese
Putting it All Together:
-
Prep broiler.
-
Top each bread slice with 1 ½ teaspoons balsamic fig jam and 1 ½ teaspoons chevre cheese.
-
Arrange bruschetta on a baking sheet and broil 2 minutes.
This bruschetta is best served warm, so you many need to borrow the oven for a sec once you’ve arrived at your destination.
Holiday Trail Mix
What You’ll Need:
-
Banana Gorilla Organic Granola
-
H&F Bacon Caramel Popcorn
-
Pure Bliss Coconut Honey Almonds
Putting it All Together:
-
Combine 1 cup organic granola, 1 cup bacon caramel popcorn with 1 cup coconut honey almonds in a large mixing bowl and toss.
This recipe was made for tweaking! Add or takeaway as much or as little as you wish until the trail mix is to your liking.
Baked Apples
What You’ll Need:
-
1 tsp cinnamon
-
¼ tsp ground nutmeg
-
½ cup sugar
-
2 tbsp butter cut into 6 tsp-size pieces
-
6 Georgia Apples
-
1 cup apple juice
Putting it All Together:
-
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
-
Combine cinnamon, nutmeg, and sugar in a small bowl. Set aside.
-
Core apples, making sure not to puncture the bottom of the apples so that the juices will remain.
-
Remove skin from 1/2-inch around top of apples at the opening.
-
Fill each cavity with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
-
Top each apple with a teaspoon of butter.
-
Place apples in casserole dish and pour apple juice around them.
-
Cover pan with aluminum foil and bake for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Remove from heat and serve.
