Easy Substitutions for Cooking without Alcohol

We often fantisize about being able to deliver the perfect wine pairing with each meal, but alas… our hands are tied. Thank goodness many of our pick up locations are stocked with a great selection (see: Hop City, Sherlocks, J’s Beverage Depot, Roswell Provisions,& Highland Fine Wine).

Alcohol is useful for many things other than imbibing. It is great for adding acidity or sweetness to a dish while cooking. At G&G, our chefs use it often to deglaze a pan, which helps lift all those yummy little browned bits from the bottom of the pan to incorporate into your finished dish
