The 2022 Thanksgiving Menu

The leaves are turning and it's crisp out in the mornings... it's that time of year again–Thanksgiving is almost here! Ease into the holiday season by letting us help out with your Thanksgiving feast.
We are offering all-natural Joyce Farms turkeys for pre-sale, as well as Thanksgiving Dinner Bundles that include everything you need to make the day a breeze. We will also be offering à la carte Thanksgiving kits, prepared side dishes, and pies galore to order online Friday 11/11 through Thursday 11/17. All Thanksgiving orders will be delivered on Sunday 11/20 or Monday 11/21 (delivery day depends on zip code).

THANKSGIVING DINNER BUNDLE
Want to take care of your Thanksgiving feast in a snap? Let us be your one-stop shop! We're offering a bundle of kits and prepared sides so that you don't have to think twice.
The bundle includes our Apple-Chestnut Stuffing & Gravy kit, Green Bean Casserole kit, Cranberry-Orange Chutney kit, an 8-pack of TGM Bread's Hawaiian rolls, Sweet Auburn's ready-to-heat mashed potatoes & gravy, and a prepared 9" pumpkin pie from Hodgepodge Bakery. Choose whether you want an all-natural Joyce Farms turkey from G&G included or not–it's up to you!
Thanksgiving Dinner Bundles are available for pre-order by email and will be available to order online 11/11 through 11/17, as long as supplies last.

JOYCE FARMS ALL-NATURAL TURKEYS
This year we are offering turkeys in two sizes from Joyce Farms, a family farm in North Carolina that was started in 1962 by Alvin Joyce. Today, the farm is still run by Alvin's son, Ron, and his two sons–a family affair, indeed! These birds are all-natural–which means no antibiotics, no added hormones or growth stimulants, and nothing artificial. You know you're getting the good stuff!
Turkeys are available for pre-order by email and will be available to order online 11/11 through 11/17, as long as supplies last.
Medium turkey (10–14 lbs): $75
Large turkey (16–20 lbs): $95
APPLE-CHESTNUT STUFFING & GRAVY
Let us take the guesswork out of your Thanksgiving turkey this year with this classically delicious, showstopping turkey trimmings kit. Coat your turkey (sold separately!) with plenty of butter infused with garlic & herbs including parsley, sage & rosemary. Stuff with an apple & chestnut stuffing made with TGM sourdough bread, whole chestnuts & aromatics. Roast in the oven for a golden, crispy skin and perfectly tender meat, then form a luscious gravy with broth, turkey drippings & thyme sprigs. Slice turkey, ladle gravy over top and enjoy your feast!

BAKED BRIE & CROSTINI
This elegant, crowd-pleasing appetizer couldn't be easier, leaving you time to focus on the main menu! Bake a wheel of Sweet Grass Dairy's silky, soft-ripened brie-style cheese topped with a sweet mixture of dried figs, fig preserves & hazelnuts. Garnish with crispy fried sage leaves & a sprinkle of chopped hazelnuts. Serve while still warm and gooey inside with crisp toasted baguette slices.

SPICED CRANBERRY-ORANGE CHUTNEY
Brighten up your Thanksgiving turkey & trimmings with this citrusy twist on classic cranberry sauce! A colorful mix of fresh & dried cranberries combine with a fresh squeeze of orange, a splash of white balsamic & crisp B.J. Reece Orchards apples. Simmer with autumnal spices then finish with fresh mint & chives for a side that guests will be requesting for years to come!

KALE & PICKLED APPLE SALAD
This colorful, many-textured salad is a wonderful respite for your palate from indulgent Thanksgiving dishes! Toss massaged kale & quick-pickled BJ Reece apples in a balanced, creamy Dijon vinaigrette. Bake up a sweet maple, almond & seed brittle with a pinch of spicy Aleppo pepper to crumble over top, then finish with thinly sliced persimmons.

GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE
Nostalgia has never tasted so good! Our fully homemade riff on the time-honored, iconic green bean casserole deserves a place on your Thanksgiving table. Fold tender French grean beans into a luscious mushroom cream sauce including Orchard Valley cremini & Ellijay shiitake mushrooms, crème fraîche & gruyère cheese. Sprinkle generously with crispy fried shallots & more gruyère, then bake to golden, bubbly goodness.

PUMPKIN SPICE COFFEE CAKE
Revel in the season of all things pumpkin with this super duper easy coffee cake full of pumpkin & autumnal spices. Top your batter with a nutty pecan streusel, then fill your kitchen with incredible aroma of it baking in the oven. Finish off your cake with a drizzle of sour cream glaze infused with your choice of bourbon. Serve with a cup of coffee or tea for a wonderful fall pick-me-up.
