They are sourced from a farm that adheres to strict animal welfare standards and fed a natural vegetarian diet that is free of hormones & antibiotics. Pine Street uses an old-world dry curing method including a molasses rub & smokes the bacon over a blend of applewood & white oak for a deep, subtle smoky flavor.
