Our friends at DaySpring Farms in Danielsville, GA grow organic wheat then mill it into fresh flour. This is a 50/50 blend of DaySpring Farms' red and white wheat flours that has been sifted to remove the bran. Rich cream-colored flour with a sweet smell & taste, excellent for a wide variety of baking applications.
